First aid and disaster prevention workshops aim to teach participants essential emergency response skills before and after a disaster. The content covers basic first aid techniques (such as CPR, bandaging and hemostasis) and fire preparedness knowledge (such as pre-disaster material preparation and disaster response planning). Through hands-on activities and scenario drills, workshops enhance individuals' and families' self-rescue and mutual-rescue capabilities, ensuring that participants can remain calm and reduce the risk of injury when facing life-threatening situations or emergencies such as fires.
